[MPlayer-users] mplayer truncates wmv files

Dear MPlayer users,
I am experiencing a problem where mplayer truncates wmv files by a few 
seconds. A clip with a duration of 00:03:30 typically ends at about 
00:03:26.
I have not been able to find an explanation/fix for the problem. The 
xine program does not experience the same problem.

I have a short time-frame in which to complete this piece of work and 
I'd really appreciate it if someone could provide me with some assistance.
