I agree. No one can help when doesn't know what's wrong. Your "picture" 
contains a lot of "ants" so better make plain text info! (thats why I like 
Linux users - knows a lot more and have clear mind :])
Anyway, when you take picture of text use png format - then file will be 
smaller and clear to read.
