[MPlayer-users] convert media to mpeg4

Hi,
can you give me an example for this usage?
such as:
I want to convert an AVI format file to MP4 format
file and rescale the size to 720 x 480 and add hint
track and set the fps to 25 and use ISMA standard,
how can I use the MEncoder to reach the target?
