When I want to play FLV files I convert them to an MPG
file the following way.

> ffmpeg -i video.flv -ab 56 -ar 22050 -b 500  -s
320x240 video.mpg

Although I'll also run 'ffmpeg -i video.flv' first in
order to find it's resolution and edit the above
command as needed.
