[MPlayer-users] Mplayer can't play Chinese AVS

I'm running the current svn version compiled under cygwin and it can't  
play files encoded using the Chinese AVS standard. Ffmpeg/libavcodec has  
supported this for a while. The problem appears to be that these streams  
are generally stored in mpeg ts files and mplayer tries to use mpeg  
decoder. There is a sample stream available at samples.mplayerhq.hu.
