You know, I never thought of that. To be honest, I know how to make  
systems work, but when it comes to software, I'm not too hot. I just  
want to enable static linking, and disable dynamic linking, right?  
(Will that contain Theora, XviD, and everything else I compile in? Or  
will they (or even worse, the binary itself) be b0rk'd if someone  
else tries to use the binary on a different system?)

Anyway, now I just need some help getting the MPlayer CVS to compile.  
I'll probably update my files, try again, post a report to the  
mailinglist, asking for help, and get ignored because no one knows  
anything about OS X, and those that do, probably don't see my message/ 
read the mailinglist... again.
