I built latest version from CVS. Streams are identical (encoding, bitrate 
etc.) but one of'em English and another Russian. The "#" key not working.

Seems like a mplayer lack of this feature. Windows BSPlayer switches 
audio-streams very smoothly but I need mplayer :-(. How to post feature 
request for developers of mplayer?
