[MPlayer-users] Problem seeking in DVD "device" on hard drive.

Have you tried playing the dvd under e.g. WinDVD and looking if titel
14 indeed has 31 chapters and if this chapter is playable?

If you just have this crude copy of the vobs, I always burn them to a
dvd image using nero, then mount this image in nero drive image,
extract and convert it to an iso with DVDDecrypter and mount this
resulting iso in nero image drive... THEN you can open it with WinDVD.
