Hi, Finally figured out the problem, mingw has a bug that cannot handle big files, and samba has a similar bug with big file, I just tried cifs, and mplayer works like a charm, great! BTW, Does anyone know how to solve the mingw large file problem? Is there any patches around or the lastest mingw could solve the problem? -- Best Regards, LR
