[MPlayer-users] closed caption

Thanks for your reply. The DVD I ripped doesn't have
subtitles. Instead, the words are embeded in the
video_ts.ifo file which are visible when play on the
mac's dvd player with cc on, but not on the mplayer
(even thou it cliams it supports cc). 

The mplayer plays vts_#.vob files without cc on the
screen. I am trying to find a way to convert ifo file
to srt or to whatever means so I can burn the words on
the video. I have tried Handbrake but it doesn't
recognize ifo files neither.
