This looks like rar archives. Try unrar'ing them (rar on unrar probably
will work) and playing what's inside. But chances are you are missing
the axial-oxygen.rar file as well as some axial-oxygen.s?? files (the
.rar being the first part of archive, and .s?? the rest, after .r99).
This is especially true if all the .r?? files are exactly the same size.
