yes

for flv there's no native demuxer, so demux_lavf (a bridge between 
libavformat family
of demuxers) must be used, but for obvious reasons demux_lavf has a very low
priority. Evidently demux_audio, tried before lavf, is misdetecting the 
file as mp3.
