-demuxer lavf changes the way mplayer tries to synchronise at the beginning of
the stream: Without -demuxer lavf, audio is heard two seconds too early,
-demuxer lavf tries to compensate, but the result is audio is played two seconds
too late which is even worse. Later on, the same errors as below occur.

However that's not my problem: The same relevant errors still occur:
