[MPlayer-users] -idle (also see -slave)

Hello,

I have found some mplayer documentation 
"http://mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/man/en/mplayer.1.html" which says the following:

-idle (also see -slave)
	Makes MPlayer wait idly instead of quitting when there is no file to 
play. Mostly useful in slave mode where MPlayer can be controlled 
through input commands.

But it's apparently not available anymore. I'm very interested into that 
option, has anyone got any idea about how to do that with mplayer's 
current version ?
