Great - more streams to test.

The mime type for this stream is "audio/x-pn-multirate-realaudio" as I didn't 
want to break other Realaudio streams my patch tests for a live stream 
with mimetype of "audio/x-pn-multirate-realaudio-live".

The site also has a video stream and it uses the "RV20" format whereas my patch
tests to ensure it is only applied to the "cook" format.

There are lots of video packet errors in the stream and video has a different way
of handling missing packets.  I may look into this to see if the patch can be applied
to video.
