[MPlayer-users] mplayer takes all RAM over a few days

Hello all,
on a Linux System with 384 MB RAM,
mplayer takes about 50% of the RAM in 2-4 days,
and once has taken so much that the system was swapping
badly. It would probably do it again but I restart it
every few days now.
The system only streames music to the network via icecast2
and mplayer listens to this music and plays them to the
soundcard 24h/7days a week:
mplayer -novideo -ac vorbis -really-quiet -loop 0 http://localhost:8000/music.ogg
I'm no C-programmer (only python and bash), so I cannot debug
the programm itself and have no idea what's happening.
But could it be that this is a memory leak?
I did not find a hint in the mailing list posts of the last weeks so
I guess it was o.k. to assume it is not fixed already
and to not try the CVS Version...
