[MPlayer-users] Outputting SVCD-compliant MPEG 2

I've got a new problem with my SVCD project: although vcdimager appears
to generate a valid image, the film is completely garbled. I think the
main problem is that it's an MPEG 2 stream in an MPEG 1 file. I can't
find a tool to convert it. ProjectX misses huge chunks out and gives
errors like this:

replex refuses to handle it because it's MPEG 1.

Any other tools I can use?
