That works really well, thanks! It sorts out the video fps as well; -fps
25 and -ofps 25 still seemed to be inserting duplicate frames and
keeping the film at its original length.

It seems to mess up the bitrate estimations for -ovc frameno though;
they were way over what I needed to use.
