If it's DVD (mpeg2 video) you can just remux with -oac copy -ovc copy
and use the appropriate -mpegopts to change the aspect. Otherwise it's
difficult, though possible in theory. It may also be possible with avi
if you use the options to override/force the opendml aspect tag.
