In addistion to last mail

1) I do not see A/V sync issues if I play the 2 B-Frame files in
Windows Media Player with Ligos MPEG2 codec installed. The issue
occurs if I play that file using Media Player Classic (with its
built-in MPEG2 decoder) or MPlayer under window.

2) I do not see any difference in encoding speeds either. So for me,
it is 2 B-Frames for every program I encode.

3) The quality seems to be a tad bit lower in fast motion screens but
NO difference in slow motion or still scenes.
