[MPlayer-users] arts and gui don't work together

the arts output don't seem to work well with gui (or the other way  
around). If I have arts as sound output gmplayer will hang on rigth click  
in the video window - or when trying to open the configure dialog. This  
only apeare during playback (even if the movi is paused) and not when no  
movie is loaded.

To remove the windows left open by mplayer I have to kill the process.
