I don't know what version you are trying to compile, but I'm certain
isn't a clean copy of pre7, audio_plugin appears nowhere in pre7 (it was
removed quite some time ago).
Maybe delete the who directory and redownload, extract and compile
MPlayer (and also consider using a CVS snapshots, there are always
changes that might be worth it).
