[MPlayer-users] dvd playback skips with m10000 mini-itx 1ghz c3 using win32 mplayer

powerdvd can play dvd's back smoothly on my m10000 mini itx 
computer(1ghz c3) but mplayer skips. Is there a way to speed it up?

I use cygmp the mplayer compiled for cygwin.
