[MPlayer-users] how can i make mplayer aquire licenses for .wmv file off the net?

Four words:
It ain't happenin' kid.
It's all protected code, MS won't release it. Many who are paranoid  
would say that MS is using the DRM to force users to use WMP. And,  
actually, this is true. And it's not just MS DRM that isn't being  
read, but all DRMs, no matter their name, is basically a way of  
controlling what programs can use which files. That way, you can't  
use software that removes the DRM. Naturally, Apple isn't going to  
let WMP play their iTMS songs, and Real isn't going to let Apple  
users play their Rhapsody songs in iTunes.

Basically, it's not happening. And if it is happening, not any time  
soon. Sorry, but you're out of luck.
