Hallo,

I've got the same problem as the first writer, but even by playing
a cd-file.
When I want to play a cd with a mpeg-file, avisynth.dll
couldn't be found, too.

[ahasver at maldoror ~]$ mplayer /media/cdrom

I've got every codec installed that can be installed for mplayer
under linux, that could not be the problem.
What in the world is this avisynth.dll, is it realy a codec, so
where can I get it ?
Under the Updateinformation stands an "avisynth demuxer" is new?!

Bye,
Franziska
