[MPlayer-users] -rtsp-stream-over-tcp not in mencoder

Hello,
is there a reason for option -rtsp-stream-over-tcp not being in mencoder? As
mencoder should be able to use anything mplayer can play, I'd make it a common
option. (I needed it, so I did it locally, but it'd be great to have it in
the main tree).
