Maybe I'm mistaken, but I think it's only slightly over 2.6 megs per hour:

Assuming 24000/1001 fps content this should be 96000/1001 fps
duplicate frames.

96000/1001 fps * 3600 seconds * 8 bytes per 'duplicate frame' / 1024 / 1024

=> 2.634 MB/h
