Sorry, my post is very long.
In fact the source is mpeg1 and the output is mp4

Input :

I have the same video encoded via FFMPEG (mpg1 to mp4) and mplayer is
able to play it.

I would like to encode to mp4 (quicktime and aac) with mencoder.
