I don't know if it is included in rpms, but getting the complete source 
(for mplayer) and building it from scratch does the job (or I am *that* 
old and forgot that I installed the lib one hundred years ago - don't 
think so)

Wait... browsing through CVS... looks like libmpdvd2kit does the job 
now, no need for libcss anymore. (hope I got that right)
