This has been beaten over and over again on the mailing list. There's no
reliable way of seeking in mpeg containers without reading the whole file.
That's because timestamps do not have to be montonous in an mpeg
container. MPlayer tries as best as it can to seek based on the bitrate,
but it's flaky at best.
