708 should fit on any decent 80min CDR with little overburning.
Try cutting off the end titles in the second one.

... you'll definitely loose some.

Just like encoding another movie, only this time calculate the bitrate
properly (or let mencoder do that for you using -ovc frameno).

It might be a better idea to simply buy some 90min CDRs. They are
cheap these days. Or get a DVD burner.
