Hi,

As for question one. drv4.so.6.0 is part of either realone or 
realplayer 9,10.
You could try the codec form the developer version of realplayer on 
https://helixcommunity.org/. They worked for me. I had to rename 
drvc.so to drv4.so.6.

As for question two. Have you tried -vo cvidix -fs -zoom. It works for 
me.
