[MPlayer-users] watching and recording TV using mplayer

Hi!

I'm trying to watch TV on my computer using
mplayer and PCTV card but the result is quite slow.
I mean the sound comes before the video...

MPlayer 1.0pre5try2-3.4.1
CPU: Advanced Micro Devices Athlon MP/XP Thoroughbred 1794 MHz (Family: 
6, Stepping: 1)

Which parameters do you use? Is there any frontend for watching TV?
