First, never trim MPlayer's output. All of it contains valuable
information. Second, it seems that the new version auto-selects another
audio track (DTS) instead of AC3, so using -aid should help here.
Remember that pre5 didn't have DTS support at all. It's strange that
DTS is not decoded. AFAIR there was DTS support in latest libavcodec.
