[MPlayer-users] Need help with building a movie out of jpegs with mencoder on windows xp

I would take a guess and say that libjpeg isn't statically linked into
the binary and so you you need to get an external libjpeg for
mplayer/mencoder to dynamically link to when running.

Mind you I don't know for certain, I'm just having a guess :D
