[MPlayer-users] Blank gui with gmplayer

Hi List,

I've just installed MPlayer01.0pre5-pm.1.i586.rpm from 
http://packman.links2linux.com for SuSE9.1 under KDE3.3 on two 
machines.

On the first box, it works as expected. On the second, however, the gui 
control is completely blank. Just a black silouette. If I chose a 
different skin the shape changes appropriately but there is no graphics 
in the gui control.

If I ssh -X from box1 to box 2, then the display is correct, but if I 
try it from box2 to box1 there is still a blank gui.

Any suggestions would be welcome
