[MPlayer-users] won't play m3u stream

The server is pernickerty about what can connect, so try the -user-agent
argument.  E.g. this works for me (MPlayer 1.0pre4):

mplayer -user-agent xmms/1.2.7 http://64.236.34.196:80/stream/2001

Note, this is also a different server because 64.236.34.4 seems not to have it
now.
