It crashes inside the binary decoder, after playing a few frames. What
version are you using? md5sum of my drv4.so.6.0 is
1dc9baba4b3b61077e0e27832d44527b, and it also crashes.
But since the file works with the windows dll (drv43260.dll, md5
711dbc8f0a5d89a2c946c33f2d717c75) i fear the problem is in the binary
decoder, not in MPlayer itself.
To test with the win dll use -vc rv40win
