mplayers rate conversion if _much_ better if you tell it not to do
sloppy resampling (i.e. "-af resample=44100:0" or "af=resample=44100:0"
in .mplayer/config).
The sloppy default just sucks, maybe a cpu power based default would
be nice. :-)
