[MPlayer-users] codec help

Any idea if I can view/convert this file?  what I really wnat to do is
create an mpeg2 at 1280X768.  I did not see anything in the docs about
this codec although I did a google on ffqtrle and found a doc on the net
that I believe describes it:

Also I did an install via cvs checkout and did not get anything
installed in a DOCS directory.  the source did not even have a DOCS/en
dir although de and others .  Never mind I found it in tech

so it looks like I need a codecs.conf but I have no idea what to put
there.
