you are trying to play a .conf, which isint the movie, did you try play .mov?

i couldnt find the file you were playing, here is the trailer from apple.com/trailers

it works fine in my mplayer (tested cvs and pre4 on windows)
it uses the qdm2 codec, which is quicktime, do you have the quicktime.qtx file in your
windows/system32 dir? if that still doesent work, please mplayer -v file.mov>output.txt
and paste the output.txt to an email.
