[MPlayer-users] Combining files with mencoder

Is this possible to glue several files to one with mencoder? I.e. give it
a playlist and get a large movie being concatenation of all short movies
in a playlist? All files are of the same codec, resolution etc.

I can achieve this by splitting it into jpegs and reglue this, but is
there a simplier, more direct method?

I would use it to edit my home-made movie.
