Hi all
I use mplayer to play my videos but it has problems with movies having AC3
sound. I use ALSA 1.0.5a on an on-board soundcard that has an AC97 audio
compliant codec 2.2 on board. The mainboard also has a spdif out. ALSA seems
to be working fine because I have no problems with non-AC3 movies. But with
AC3 movies I get the following error: [format] Sample format big endian AC3
not yet supported.
Has anyone had the same problem? How to solve it?
Thanks
Jonas
