[MPlayer-users] Need help to create a SVCD

I have one DivX movie here, with AC3 and MP3 audio channels (Germany and English). I want to make a SVCD with both audio channels (or, at least, only the second audio channel). In addition, I want to put one or two subtitles on SVCD.

The big question is: HOW?

Bonus info:
The DivX movie is 608x256 (wide screen). It would be better to maintain these proportions on SVCD.
