Hmmm, the -frames would definately help, but the -ss part doesn't
seem like it'd be good enough e.g. to precisely seek frame 24658,
say. It does half of what "jpeg2yuv" does, for example, which has
a -n equivalent to -frames but also a -b for offset in framenumber
as opposed to time...
