I meant this line
    denoise3d=0:0:0:hqdn3d=0:0:0:crop=700:576:12:0
should look like this
    denoise3d=0:0:0,hqdn3d=0:0:0,crop=700:576:12:0
except for the redundant denoisers of course.

As far as I know it is created by video pass 1. 3 pass is not
recommended for reasons I forget.
Your pass setting is a bit funky, maybe it's not working.

No list. You just have to study the man page and 
DOCS/tech/encoding-tips.html and follow this mailing list.
Your lavcopts look fine to me.
