[MPlayer-users] Flashing subs in matroska file

I have a 4.4GB mkv file and a srt subtitle file. When they are separate
the subs are displayed correctly but when I mux the subs into the mkv
they flash. It goes like this _ ______ _ where _ represents the sub
being shown.
I am using cvs mplayer from yesterday and mkvmerge 0.8.2
I tried 0.9.2 but it only muxes the first ~1GB as does ogmmerge 1.2 and
the first sub is after the 2GB mark.
