What happens if you change line 120 in nvidia_vid.c
from   
{DEVICE_NVIDIA_NV28_GEFORCE4_TI2,NV_ARCH_20}, 
into
{DEVICE_NVIDIA_NV28_GEFORCE4_TI2,NV_ARCH_30},

Does this card support overlay with the opensource xv driver?
Btw.1 -vc divxds -vf format=uyvy  is not needed anymore.
Btw.2 if u use cvidix please also try with the -nocolorkey option
