[MPlayer-users] (no subject)

Hi Folks
I have compiled mplayer and its graphical interface on a redhat 9  kernel 
version is 2.4.20-8 I am having an ATI Rage Iic vga card. I am able to hear 
only MP3 audio files whene ver I try to insert a DVD it is able to read its 
data (titles Chapters ...etc) but when I start playing I fing the following 
message
Fatal Error
Couldn't open/initialize the video_device (_vo)

Can anybody help
