[MPlayer-users] Audio postprocessing?

Hi!
I just did a fresh checkout of the mplayer-cvs, read through the man page
and the online-docs but couldn't find anything about the question I have
(sorry, maybe I simply didn't get it : )).
I'm looking for an audio post-processing filter which offers a heavy
dynamic range compression. Is something like this already in cvs?
